摘要
针对锆合金在平衡氢分压状态下进行气相定量渗氢时氢含量控制难度大的问题,开展了非平衡氢分压状态下的气相定量渗氢工艺研究。通过对通氢量的控制研制了一系列不同氢含量的样品。采用气体方程估算了样品中的氢含量,并采用定量金相图谱法进行了氢含量的测量。结果表明:通过工艺参数的优化控制,可实现锆合金在非平衡氢压下的气相定量渗氢,且该方法还具有操作简单的优势。
According to the difficulty of controlling the hydrogen content in the gaseous quantitative hydrogenation of zircaloy under equilibrium hydrogen pressure,the gaseous quantitative hydrogenation process of zircaloy under non-equilibrium hydrogen pressure was explored. A series of specimens with different hydrogen contents were developed by controlling the amount of hydrogen. The hydrogen content was estimated by gas equation, and the hydrogen content was measured by quantitative metallographic method. The results show that: by optimizing controlling process parameters, the gaseous quantitative hydrogenation of zircaloy under non-equilibrium hydrogen pressure can be realized, and the method has the advantages of simple operation.
