摘要
油田场站施工技术的培训多采用多媒体形式,图形都是平面的,不够直观;现场技术交底都以文字的形式进行,比较抽象,不够形象。利用三维绘图软件开发一种能够直观反映油田常规工程转油站安装工程中的卧式容器安装、机泵安装和集油阀组安装过程的三维动画演示课件,可在一定程度上解决上述问题。在分析了解决上述问题技术发展现状的基础上,提出了解决问题的技术路线;论述了模拟演示系统的主要工作内容;对研制过程中优化施工操作规程技术文件、转油站设备的类型和结构型式的模块化、建立模块三维模型素材库、制作多媒体动画等内容进行较为详细的介绍。最后介绍了该模拟演示系统的特点。
Usually, the training of oiifield station construction technology applies multimedia, in which the plane graphics and text form are not intuitive. In view of this situation, it is very important to develop a 3D animation demo courseware by using 3D graphics software which can directly reflect the installation process of horizontal vessels, pumps and oil gathering valve group at conventional oil transfer stations. This paper presents the technical route of solving the 3D animation course- ware, discusses the main work contents and characteristics of the demo system, introduces in detail the technical files of optimizing installation and operation procedures, the equipment types of oil transfer station and structural form modu- larization, establishing 3D model database and making multimedia animation.
