摘要
随着人类活动的加剧,大量的生活和工业废弃物释放到环境中,尤其是地下水,直接对生态系统和人类健康造成危害。权威数据显示,某些农村地区的地表水和饮用水污染程度已严重超标。利用菌落计数和化学分析等方法,对5次不同时间取样的辽宁省鞍山市岫岩县杨家堡镇饮用水水质进行了分析。结果显示,该地区饮用水中总大肠杆菌数和耐热大肠杆菌数分别达到每100ml含22MPN(最大可能数),而"生活饮用水卫生标准"规定为不得检出。其他指标,包括水色、浑浊度、水味、肉眼可见物、酸碱度、总硬度等符合标准。对当地饮用水资源的治理与保护提出了建议。这些数据为当地政府制定相应的治理措施提供了依据。
Increasing human activity release a lot of domestic and industrial wastes into the environments,especially the groundwater,causing serious pollution directly threatening the ecosystems and human health.Authority data show that the surface water and drinking water pollution extents have seriously exceeded the allowed levels in some rural areas.In the present study,the methods of colony counting and related chemical analysis are used to detect the water quality in town Yangjiapu,located in Xiuyan County of Anshan City,Liaoning Province.The water samples were collected from the same site at 5different time points.Results show that 20 most probable number(MPN)of total E.coli and 20heat-resisting E.coli are respectively present in100 ml of shallow groundwater,which are not allowed to be detected according to the quality and hygiene standards of the state for drinking water.The other indices,including water colour,turbidity,flavour,visible substances,pH value,total hardness and so on,meet the standard.Based on these observations,we propose advises to improve and protect the drinking water.This study provides a reference basis for the local government to formulate the corresponding control measures.
