摘要
目的探讨外周血胰岛样生长因子1(IGF-1)和转化生长因子β1(TGF—β1)水平对老年高血压患者心血管重构和肾损害的影响。方法选择120例老年高血压患者和80例健康对照者,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)双抗体夹心法检测两组外周血IGF-1和TGF—β1水平,同时检测两组颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、左心室质量指数(LVMI)及尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER),并进一步分析高血压患者外周血IGF-1和TGF-β1水平与IMT、LVMI及UAER的相关性。结果高血压患者外周血IGF-1和TGF—β1水平均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),且外周血IGF-1和TGF-β1的水平随IMT、LVMI及UAER的增加而升高(P〈0.05)。相关性分析结果显示高血压患者外周血IGF-1和TGF—β1水平与IMT、LVMI及UAER均呈正相关。结论IGF-1和TGF-β1可能参与了老年高血压患者心血管重构和肾损害的过程。
Objective To investigate the effect of peripheral blood insulin-like growth factor 1 ( IGF-1 ) and transforming growth factor β1 ( TGF-β1) on the cardiovascular remodeling and renal damage in elder hypertensive patients. Methods One hundred and twenty elder hypertensive patients and 80 healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. The peripheral blood IGF-1 ,TGF-β1 , the carotid intima-media thickness(IMT), left ventrieular mass index (LVMI) and urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) were measured and recorded in all participants. The correlations between IGF-1 ,TGF-β1 in the peripheral blood and IMT,LVMI and UAER were analyzed in hypertensive patients. Results IGF-1 and TGF-β1 in the peripheral blood were significantly higher in hypertensive patients than in healthy subjects( P 〈 0.05 ). In hypertensive patients ,the peripheral blood IGF-1 and TGF-β1 increased with the elevation of IMT, LVMI and UAER(P 〈0.05). Correlation analysis showed that IGF-1 and TGF-IS, in the peripheral blood were positively associated with IMT,LVMI and UAER. Conclusion IGF-1 and TGF-β1 may participate in the process of cardiovascular remodeling and renal damage in elder hypertensive patients.
