摘要 首先对换模小车行走装置进行运动分析,并对其车轮受力进行分解,通过推导计算出滚动摩擦阻力和惯性阻力的计算公式和数值,最后求出小车行走所需要的电机减速机扭矩和功率,为换模小车行走的减速机规格选型和电机功率选型等提供可靠依据,其中滚动摩擦阻力计算时,不仅考虑了理论摩擦力而且还考虑了车轮轮缘与轨道的摩擦阻力、爬坡阻力等因素,使计算结果更贴近实际,保证考虑因素的完整性。 The motion analysis has been conducted to the traveling device of the die-changing car. The forcing of the wheel has been decomposed. The calculation formula and figure of the rolling friction resistance and inertial resistance have been deduced. Finally, the torque power of the geared-motor required by the movement of the ear has been obtained, which provides reliable reference for selection of reducer size and motor power. During the calculation of rolling friction resistance, not only the theoretical friction has been taken into account, but also the climbing resistance and the frictional resistance between the wheel rim and the track. Thus in this way, the result is more close to the reality, which ensures the completeness of factors.
