摘要
目的探讨胸内髓外造血的CT表现。方法回顾性分析经临床和(或)病理证实的5例胸内髓外造血的CT表现,并进行相关文献复习。结果 5例表现为中下段胸椎旁多发纵行分叶状或波浪状软组织块影,边缘光整,密度均匀;增强扫描呈中度或明显均匀强化,邻近椎体呈栅栏样改变。结论胸内髓外造血的CT表现有一定的特征,结合临床可作出正确诊断。
Objective To investigate the CT imaging findings of extramedullary hemopoiesis（EMH）. Methods CT imaging data of EMH in the chest in 5 patients confirmed by clinical and pathological results were retrospectively analyzed. Results Five cases with EMH occurred in the middle-lower vertebral segment,showing the longitudinal wave-like soft tissue shadow,the masses with smooth edges and equal density. By enhancement CT scanning, the masses were showed with mild or significantly homogeneous enhancement. CT scan showed a fence-like change in the vertebral body. Conclusion EMH in the chest has certain specific CT imaging characteristics,which may be helpful for correct diagnosis of EMH when combined with the clinical data.
