摘要
本文对传统毕业实习模式存在的问题进行了分析,结合制药化工专业和台州医药化工产业的特点,提出了"工学合一,双向选择,注重实效"的毕业实习新模式,并进行了探索和实践。实践证明,新的实习模式成效显著,适应制药化工专业应用型人才培养的要求。
The problems that exist in the graduation practice are analyzed.Combining with the characteristics of the pharmaceutical chemical engineering specialty and Taizhou pharmaceutical chemical industry,New mode of graduation practice,which named＇Integrate practice and study,Two-way choice,Emphasize practical results＇,is proposed.This mode has been practiced and explored.Remarkable achievements have been obtained.It is proved that this mode can meet the requirements for training practical talents in pharmaceutical chemical engineering.
