摘要
以多旋翼飞行器的螺旋桨系统为实验对象,开发了螺旋桨动力特性测试实验系统。系统由C8051F120单片机模拟手持遥控器发出PPM信号驱动和控制螺旋桨运转,借助杠杆机构由悬臂梁测力传感器采集升力信号,通过串行通信接口,由上位机进行数据显示、存储、分析和处理。上位机监控系统由Qt/QWT框架设计开发,支持跨平台应用,具备丰富数据分析与显示功能,可根据用户指令控制单片机系统运行,设定下位机采集参数,并实时处理接收数据。该系统可用于微小型螺旋桨系统动态和静态特性分析、建模与闭环控制系统设计,为测试与控制类专业学生开设综合性特色实验提供全新的实验平台,亦可用于旋翼机系统设计与分析。
An experimental system is designed and developed to test the thrust characteristics of the propeller of a multirotor aircraft.A remote control simulated by a C8051F120 MCU gives PPM signal to drive and control the propeller system,and then the thrust signal collected by a cantilever force cell by means of a set of mechanism like a lever is sent by serial communication to a PC monitor system for display,store,analysis and treatment.The monitor system on PC,which provides plenty of such functions as data analysis,display and logging,may manipulate the operation of the field MCU according to the instruction of user,set parameters to the MCU,and real-time deal the data received.The system could be used for the analysis of dynamical and steady behavior,modelling and control system design of the small or micro propeller propulsion system,and act as a teaching platform for setting up the general and distinct experiments for the measurement and control specialty students,or as an experimental system for design of a rotorcraft.
