摘要
针对低浓度煤层气脱碳净化,对醇胺溶液的再生过程进行研究。研究不同组成的醇胺溶液的再生性能曲线,对混合胺液做出评价,选择优良的吸收剂。研究表明,在MDEA为主体的溶液中,加入PZ、MEA等活化剂后再生性能略有下降,再生速率有所上升,需要综合考虑吸收与再生两方面的因素。
The regeneration process of amine solutions for removing CO2 from the low concentrated coal-bed methane was investigated by experimentally mensurating the regeneration performance curves of amine solutions with different formulations to evaluate the performance of blended amines and optimize the absorbent. Ressuhs show that adding some activators, such as PZ and MEA, into MDEA amine solution, the regeneration performance decreased slightly, but the regeneration rate increased. Both absorption and regeneration performances should be considered in choosing absorbent.
