摘要
为了符合甲苯甲醇侧链烷基化反应的要求、调控催化剂酸碱性,合成了Mg、B改性CsX催化剂。采用XRD、SEM、CO_2-TPD、NH_3-TPD对催化剂进行表征,通过对不同Mg、B含量改性CsX催化性能与表征结果比较,得出:适量Mg和B同时负载的CsX沸石上分别可以形成新的中强碱性位(400~550℃)、强碱性位(650~750℃),和弱酸性位(60~150℃),这些都是反应的关键活性位点。当负载Mg、B质量分数分别为5%、1.0%时,苯乙烯的选择性达到71.0%,同时乙苯和苯乙烯总收率为15.2%。
In order to meet the needs of side-chain alkylation of toluene with mathanol and control the acid-base property of catalyst, the CsX zeolite was modified by different amount of Mg and B. The modified catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, CO2-TPD and NH3-TPD. The results show that the modified CsX with a moderate amount of Mg and B created new medium-strength basic sites (400-550℃, strong basic sites (650-750℃ and weak acid sites (60-150℃ which are key active sites for side-chain alkylation of toluene with mathanol. The yield of ethylbenzene and styrene (YSTY-EB reached 15.2% with a styrene selectivity of 71.0% over the catalyst with 5.0% Mg and 1.0% B by mass.
