拉萨市县域义务教育均衡发展状况比较研究——以A、B两县为例 被引量:1

A Comparative Study of the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education in Counties of Lhasa City——Taking A and B Two Counties as examples

摘要 推进义务教育均衡发展是实现义务教育公平的重要途径,是解决当前校际差距的重要举措。通过对拉萨市A、B两县义务教育均衡发展状况、学校办学条件和师资条件两个方面、8项指标进行比较分析,发现拉萨市县域义务教育均衡发展状况基本良好,但在一些指标上还存在一定差距。只有从财政投入、资源管理、师资培训等多方面采取切实有效的措施,才能促进拉萨市义务教育整体均衡发展,最终实现义务教育质量的整体提高。 Promoting a balanced development of compulsory education is an important way to realize equity of compulsory education and an important measure to reduce the current gap between schools. A comparative analysis was made of the balanced development of compulsory education in A and B two counties of Lhasa in two aspects and eight indicators concerning school running conditions and teaching body. The results show that the balanced development is basically good, but there is still a certain gap in some aspects. Only through measures of financial input, resources management and teacher training taken by governments and departments at all levels in Lhasa, can an overall balanced development of compulsory education be promoted and an overall improvement of educational quality be realized.
