往复活塞式压缩机实际功率的计算模型及能耗分析 被引量:5

摘要 往复活塞式压缩机是石油、天然气行业及其他工业生产中必不可少的关键设备。考虑实际气体的相对摩尔质量、压缩因子以及生产过程中的相变、漏气等因素,建立了往复活塞式压缩机的实际功率计算模型,并结合某气矿增压站的实际运行数据,计算得到压缩机组的实际运行能耗指标,其计算功率值与实际测算功率值误差低于2.4%,验证了模型的合理性。该增压站增压机组由于运行时间较长、冷却系统性能降低及气阀关闭不及时造成压缩机运行时率不高,为此给出清除冷却器管束沉积物并合理设计气阀的建议。 The reciprocating-piston compressor is key equipment in oil,gas and other industrial production.With consideration of factors such as relative molar mass of actual gas,compressibility factor,phase change and gas leakage in production process,the calculation model for actual power of the reciprocating piston compressor is established.Combined with the actual operation data of a booster station in some gas field,the actual energy consumption indicator can be obtained.It is found that the power error between calculation one and measurement one is less than 2.4%,which shows rationality of the model.The booster set in the booster station has run a long time,so the performance of its cooling system has reduced.When the air valve cannot be closed in time,the efficiency of the compressor will be low.Therefore,suggestions like clearing the deposition in cooler manifold and doing a rational design for air valves are proposed.
