摘要
随着电动汽车的进一步发展,充电基础设施的规划和建设将步入规模化、网络化时代,如何进行充电基础设施的布局规划显得尤为重要。大连市电动汽车充电基础设施专项规划从四个空间层面,按照"站、群、桩"的设施类型,采取分区供给、分类应对的策略,着力以用户居住地停车位、单位内部停车场、公交车及出租车等专用场站配建的专用充电基础设施为主体,以城市公共建筑配建停车场、社会公共停车场、路内临时停车位配建的公共充电基础设施为辅助,以独立占地的城市快充站、换电站和高速公路服务区配建的城际快充站为补充,以充电智能服务平台为支撑,加快建设适度超前、布局合理和功能完善的充电基础设施体系,以期推进大连市电动汽车产业的发展。
Along with the development of electric cars, the construction of charging infrastructures will be large-scale and networking. Dalian electric cars charging facilities specialty planning deals with four spatial levels, adopts "provision by area and solution by type" strategy, arranges residential, offi ce, bus station charging facilities, and public charging facilities, as well as fast charging stations backed by smart service platform. The plan aims to build an advanced electric car charging system with rational layout and integrate functions.
