摘要
目的观察桂芍欢苓汤联合匹维溴铵治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法选择200例观察对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例,分别予以桂芍欢苓汤联合匹维溴铵和匹维溴铵联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,治疗4周后观察IBS-SSS积分,大便泄泻、腹胀腹痛、肠鸣、食欲不振、倦怠乏力和神疲懒言症状缓解情况,并进行症状积分评价。结果治疗4周后两组均能降低患者的IBS-SSS积分,改善患者中医证候积分及大便泄泻、腹胀腹痛、肠鸣、食欲不振、倦怠乏力和神疲懒言症状,与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组在IBS-SSS积分、中医证候积分和各项症状上的改善效果更为明显(P<0.05);治疗4周后治疗组的总体有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论桂芍欢苓汤能有效消除或改善腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的临床症状,减轻患者的痛苦,是值得推广的有效治疗措施。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome（ IBS-D） with guishao huanling decoction and pinaverium bromide. Methods Two hundred subjects were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,100 cases in each one. The combined medication of guishao huanling decoction and pinaverium bromide and that of pinaverium bromide and live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets were used separately. After treatment for 4 weeks,IBS-SSS score,diarrhea,abdominal pain and distention,borborygmus,anorexia,fatigue and lassitude were observed. The symptom scores were evaluated. Results After treatment for 4 weeks,IBS-SSS score was reduced,TCM syndrome score was improved,diarrhea,abdominal pain and distention,borborygmus,anorexia,fatigue and lassitude were relieved. The differences were significant as compared with those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the western medicine control group,the combined medication with guishao huanling decoction achieved much more apparent improvements in IBS-SSS score,TCM syndrome score and the symptoms（ P〈0. 05）. In 4 weeks of treatment,the overall effective rate in the treatment group was apparently better than that in the western medicine control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Guishao huanling decoction effectively relieves the clinical symptoms of IBS-D and alleviates pains of patients. This medication is the effective measure and deserves to be promoted in clinical treatment.
