摘要
该文探讨了古城复兴"热"的时代背景,剖析了古城复兴存在七个方面矛盾的问题根源,总结了古城复兴的内涵及定义,提出了古城复兴的核心在于"古城文化传承、功能构成和风貌营造"三者之间的时空耦合,构建了古城复兴时空耦合理论模型,明晰了古城复兴的定义,并提出古城复兴规划的路径及三个层面、十五个方面的规划内容。该文基于西安城市文化资源梳理,将西安特色文化街区分为历史文化街区、历史文化演绎街区及现代特色街区等三种类型,分别就三类特色文化街区复兴规划进行了示例说明。
In this paper we discussed the background of the ancient city regeneration, analyzed the roots of contradictions, summed up its meaning and definitions, and proposed that the core of the ancient city was space coupling of ancient cultural heritage, functional structure and style creation. We also built the coupling theoretic model of the ancient city revival, clarified the definition of the ancient city, and put forward the path of the ancient city and the planning contents about three levels and fifteen aspects. Finally we combed Xi＇an city cultural resources, and divided the peripheral cultural arts district into 3 types as historical and cultural blocks, the interpretation of historical and cultural blocks and modern neighborhood characteristics. And we described them with cases.
