摘要
地暖系统对室温控制的低效性与滞后性是当前存在的主要问题,PID控制算法的引入对这一现象起到了一定的改善作用,然而传统的PID算法在进行温度调节时超调量过大,效果不够理想。针对这一问题,引入了抗积分饱和来进一步抑制超调量,利用单片机系统搭建起地暖控制平台进行试验。试验结果表明,引入抗积分饱和的PID算法比传统PID算法在控制精度与稳定性方面均有所提高。
Inefficiency and delay of controlling temperature by radiant floor heating are chief problemscurrently. The algorithm of conventional PID was introduced and it worked partly, But the overshoot ofconventional PID is much. So we brought the method of anti-integral saturation into PID algorithm, inorder to reduce the overshoot. Build a platform controlling temperature with SCM for experiment, theresult shows that improved PID algorithm is better than conventional PID algorithm in precision andstability.
