摘要
恶性肿瘤化疗为延长肿瘤患者生存期和防治术后复发的重要方法,严重胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、免疫力低下及周围神经病变等毒副反应是影响化疗顺利进行的主要原因。针刺是防治化疗后毒副反应的绿色疗法。针刺腧穴可疏通经络气血、调和阴阳,通调腑气,恢复脏腑正常气血功能,和胃降逆,止呕止吐;经络、腧穴具有双向调节作用,针刺腧穴可缓和药物毒性,益气健脾,补肾益精填髓,养血升阳,以增强化疗后免疫功能,国内报告主要为电针防治化疗后免疫力低下,单纯针刺腧穴治疗较少。针刺腧穴能疏通经络,养血益气,活血化瘀,改善微循环,促进周围神经的修复。穴位刺激具有操作简单、疗程短、安全性较高、疗效确切的优点,针刺不仅防治恶性肿瘤化疗药物"药毒"作用,还从整体上调节脏腑机能,达到标本兼治之功效,具有重要价值。化疗后毒副反应整体病机为"毒","虚"和"瘀",需将各种绿色疗法与抗肿瘤治疗有机结合,解毒、补虚和化瘀整体治疗,提高疗效。
Cancer chemotherapy is an important method to prolong patient＇s lives and prevent postoperative recurrence. But the serious side effects of chemotherapy such as gastrointestinal reaction, bone marrow inhibitation, suppressed immunity, peripheral neuropathy and so on, might cause patients to stop chemotherapy. Acupuncture is a green therapy for the prevention and control of adverse reaction after chemotherapy. Acupuncture acupoints can dredge meridian Qi and blood, Yin and Yang, through the fu- organs, to recover the normal function of qi and blood of zang-fu organs, make stomach gas drops and anti- nausea anti-nausea. Meridians and acupoints has two-way adjustment function. Acupuncture acupoints can reduce drug toxicity, replenish Qi to invigorate the spleen, supplement kidney essence, nourish blood and invigorat yang, in order to enhance the immune function after chemotherapy. The domestic report including mainly for the prevention and treatment of lowimmunity after chemotherapy, less pure acupuncture acupoints in treatment.Acupuncturecan dredge meridians, nourish Qi and blood, promot blood circulation to remove blood stasis, improve the mierocirculation, promote the repair of peripheral nerve. Acupoint stimulation has the advantages of simple operation, short course, high security, curative effect. Acupuncture is not only prevention and treatment of malignant tumorchemotherapy drugs ＂medicine poison＂, but also on the whole function of regulating zang-fu organs, to achieve the effect of curing, has the important value. After chemotherapy toxicity overall pathogenesis as ＂poison＂, ＂virtual＂ and ＂blood stasis＂, To the organic combination of various green therapy and anti-tumor treatment, detoxification, tonify deficiency, and disperse blood stasis.
