基于气分装置案例的LDAR减排效果影响因素识别 被引量:5

摘要 本文基于炼化企业三套气分装置泄漏检测数据及排放量核算的案例分析,评估了应用LDAR技术对石化企业密封点泄漏排放的减排效果,通过分析案例中不同气分装置的泄漏排放特点及泄漏排放来源,识别影响LDAR减排效果的主要因素。案例研究表明,实施LDAR对石化企业密封点的泄漏排放减排效果显著,三套气分装置密封点VOCs泄漏排放减少30%~70%不等;开口阀或开口管线及阀门是一类较易发生泄漏的密封点;超量程泄漏密封点和不可达点是发生泄漏排放的主要来源;而首测识别泄漏点之后,对泄漏点特别是严重泄漏点的修复时限、修复效果和采取的修复措施是影响LDAR减排效果的关键因素。 Based on the measurements and emission calculations of three gas separation units,this paper try to assess the effect of emission reduction of LDAR program. By analyzing the features and sources of the leak points of the three different gas separating units,this study try to identify the major influential factors of LDAR program on emission reduction. It shows that LDAR has obvious effects on VOCs emission reduction. The three units reduced VOCs emissions by 30% ~ 70%,respectively,after implementing LDAR program. Open End or Valves is one type of equipment that is likely to leak. Emissions from the outranged points and non- accessible points account for the major part of total VOCs emissions. Repair of the leak points especially serious leak pints,time of repair,effect of repair and repairing measures taken are the key factors that affect the emission reduction.
