摘要
飞机维修差错预防与控制是飞机维修的关键环节,其难点在于减少对分析人员知识水平的依赖有效识别维修差错。为克服传统方法有效性与通用性不足的缺点,本文提出了针对飞机维修差错模式识别框架,并构建了基于情景框架要素的飞机维修差错识别模型,主要包括情景要素构建、差错识别框架调用、关联性分析。实例仿真结果表明,该识别技术不仅能有效识别飞机维修差错,而且大幅减少分析人员自身的水平依赖,实现识别技术可视化,识别结果具有一致性,识别方法具有通用性。
Aircraft maintenance error prevention and control is the key of aircraft maintenance and the difficulty lies in the effective identification of maintenance errors,possible to reduce the level of knowledge personnel analysis.In order to overcome the traditional method that lack of effectiveness and universal,this paper puts forward a new aircraft maintenance error recognition framework and build scene elements factor error identification model,mainly consisting of scene elements building,error information match and correlation analysis.The simulation shows that the recognition technology can not only effectively identify aviation servicing error,but also significantly reduce dependence on analysts’ level and realize visualization.The recognition result has consistency and identification method has generality.
