摘要
"苯乙烯悬浮聚合"实验是材料化学专业必修课程《材料合成与制备实验》教学中的重要内容。针对实验教学中的问题,通过改进设计对实验原料苯乙烯进行纯化精制,去除其中的杂质和阻聚剂。精制纯化后的苯乙烯单体应用于苯乙烯悬浮聚合实验,获得明显改善的实验效果。本文还对实验条件进行了经验总结。通过实验改进,锻炼了学生对专业知识的理解以及对专业实验技术的综合运用,激发了学生的学习兴趣和创新思维能力。
Styrene suspension polymerization experiment is an important part in the required course of Material Synthesis and Preparation,which is for the students majoring in Material Chemistry. Through experimental design,the polymerization inhibitor was removed,and styrene was purified. Students in the follow- up experiment can obtain better results. The improved experiment enhanced students' comprehensive understanding and application of knowledge,inspired the students' interest in learning and innovative thinking ability.
