摘要
搪玻璃设备广泛应用于石油化工生产中,是经常采用的一种耐蚀设备。作为压力容器使用时安全性能尤为重要。本文介绍了搪玻璃设备对基层材料合金元素的要求和搪玻璃设备搪烧对基层材料合金元素以及基层材料力学性能的影响。通过模拟搪烧进行试验对比分析,搪烧后搪玻璃常用基层金属材料的力学性能满足压力容器强度计算的要求,搪玻璃设备可参照GB150进行搪玻璃设备的强度计算,计算结果可作为压力容器的设计依据,确保其安全性能。
The glass lining equipment is a kind of corrosion resistant equipments widely used in petrochemical production. The requirement of glass lining equipment about alloying elements was introduced,and its effect on material mechanics properties was discussed. In the simulated contrastive analysis,it was found that the metal material after enameling can meet the requirement of pressure vessel,and the results can be used as the design foundation of pressure vessel to ensure its safety performance.
