摘要
随着BIM技术应用的不断深化,BIM技术已经从聚焦设计阶段向施工阶段深化应用延伸,从单纯技术应用向项目管理应用转化。文章分析了当前施工阶段项目管理中存在的问题及原因,对施工阶段项目管理如何应用BIM技术进行研究,提出项目管理中各关键环节基于BIM技术的业务管理流程,再以典型案例加以说明,并总结出施工阶段项目管理中应用BIM技术的核心价值,指出全面应用BIM技术,将是我国施工阶段项目管理的发展趋势。
As the BIM(building information modeling) is developing quickly in the AEC(Architecture, Engineering and Construction) industry,BIM technology began to be popular in project management during the construction phase,not only focusing on the design stage and technology application. The paper presents the problem and reason in traditional construction project management,and investigates the application of BIM technology in project management during the construction phase. Based on BIM technology, a workflow of project management on each key stage is suggested. A case study is given at last. Results show that the applications of BIM technology for construction project management will be the major development trend in China.
