固定管板应力计算方法在浮头管板和填函管板上的变通应用 被引量:6

摘要 通过分析浮头管板和固定管板周边的剪力和弯矩的差别与联系,指出对固定管板变通处理后,可以解决浮头管板的计算问题。文章给出了具体的变通方法,并用一工程算例验证了其正确性。在此基础上,按照变通方法解决了文献所提的"对于工程设计所取管板有效厚度δ(实际)大于GB/T 151所得到的最小管板厚度δ时,如何得到管板和换热管的实际应力"的问题。此外,使用浮头管板的计算方法,对文献所提问题给出了"许用应力折算法"和"压力折算法"等两种计算方法。计算结果表明这两种方法均可用。 Through Analyzing the differences and connection between shear force and bending moment around the floating tube sheet and fixed tube sheet,this paper indicates that the calculation for floating head exchanger can be solved after flexible treatment of the fixed tube sheet.It presents the specific flexible application and verifies its correctness through an engineering example.Based on this,the paper solved the problem of ' how to obtain the actual stress of tube sheet and heat exchanger when the effective thickness of the tube sheet used in engineering design is larger than the minimum thickness of the tube sheet' mentioned in the reference.In addition,the paper provides two calculation methods for conversion method for allowable stress and conversion method for design pressure to solve the problem mentioned in the reference.And the calculations indicate that both methods are applicable.
