摘要 以直观的变形与应力的材料力学关系对管板复杂应力进行定性受力分析,深入浅出地阐明各种管板应力的产生机理和计算原理,重点揭示不同管板计算方法间的差别与贯通性。其比繁复的汤姆逊函数所表述的定量力学分析,复杂的公式推导更加便于理解。以固定管板计算原理为基础,解决各种结构的浮头管板、填函管板及柔性管板的计算问题,并应用一次结构法使管板设计更为科学合理且经济安全。以4种特殊结构的"U形"管板换热器管板和4种特殊结构弹性基础管板为例,说明如何应用GB/T 151管板计算方法进行管板的应力的计算。 This paper makes qualitative stress analysis on the complex stress of tube sheet based on the direct viewing material mechanical relationship between stress and deformation.It clarifies the causing mechanism and calculation principles of various tube sheet stresses.The paper focuses on the differences and connectivity of the calculation methods for different tube sheets.Such analysis is easier to understand than the quantitative mechanical analysis expressed in the complicated Thomson function and the complicated formula derivation.Based on the calculation principles of fixed tube sheet,the calculation problems of floating tube sheet,stuffing box tube sheet and flexible tube sheet are solved.The tube sheet design is more scientific,reasonable,economical and safe with the application ofprimary structure method.Taking U-tube heat exchanger tube sheet and flexible foundation tube sheet of four special structures as examples,the paper describes how to calculate tube sheet stress through adopting GB/T 151 calculation method for tube sheets.
