摘要
目的对比小切口微创手术和传统手术治疗小儿疝气患儿的临床效果和安全性。方法选取我院小儿疝气患儿130例（2014年3月~2016年8月）,将其动态随机化分对照组（传统手术）、观察组（小切口微创手术）,各65例,对比两组患儿的出血情况、患儿手术的全程时间、患儿进行自主活动的时间以及发生的并发症情况。结果观察组小儿疝气患儿的上述各项情况均优于对照组,并发症发生率为3.08%,低于对照组,P〈0.05。结论经过对比得出,采取小切口微创手术治疗小儿疝气的效果较传统手术的效果更为可观,安全性更高。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of miniincision minimally invasive surgery and traditional surgery in children with hernia. Methods 130 children with hernias in our hospital（ from March 2014 to August 2016） were randomly divided into control group（conventional operation）, observation group（small incision minimally invasive surgery）, 65 cases in each group, children with bleeding time, the entire time of surgery in children, children with autonomic activities of the time and the occurrence of complications. Results All of the above cases were better than the control group in the observation group, the complication rate was 3.08%, lower than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Compared with traditional surgery, mini-incision minimally invasive surgical treatment of hernia in children is more effective and safe.
