摘要
推进供给侧结构性改革是适应和引领经济发展新常态的重大创新。高等教育改革作为供给侧结构性改革的重要面向,是其题中应有之义。高校在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承与创新过程的过程中如何适应新常态、引领新常态,服务于供给侧结构改革,是高等教育进入新的发展阶段必须主动回应的问题。基于此,文章从顶层设计、发展理念、人才培养、国家地方、创新驱动等5个角度多层次的分析了供给侧结构性改革推动高等教育发展的路径,从而更好推动经济社会更好更快发展、高等教育的深刻变革和人才培养质量的有效提升。
