摘要
在体验经济时代,用户体验逐渐受到重视,心流体验被普遍认为是研究用户体验质量的重要内容。文章首先以心流体验为理论基础,假设了产品涉入度、控制感和愉悦性3个可能影响移动支付用户持续使用意愿的因素,以Apple Pay为例构建了移动支付用户持续使用意愿模型;然后通过问卷收集160份有效样本,并利用探索性因子分析和结构方程模型方法对样本数据进行分析,研究表明:产品涉入度、控制感和愉悦性均对消费者的持续使用意愿均有显著正向影响;最后对移动支付运营商提出了一些启示。
In the experience ence theory is widely regard economy era, the user experience has been paid more attention, and the flow experied as an important part of the user experience theory. Firstly, to analyze influence factors of continuance intention of mobile payments users based on flow experience theory, we proposed an mobile payments users' continuance intention research model which consists of three factors ( product involvement, perceived control, perceived enjoyment), and establish a model of researching factors that influence mobile payments users' continuance intention. Secondly, through the questionnaire survey we collect the data, and use AMOS17.0 and SPSS20.0 software to analysis and calculate. The results indicate that three factors (product involvement, perceived control, perceived enjoyment) have a positive effect on mobile payments users' continuance intention. Finally ,put forward some decision and reference for mobile payment service supplier.
