摘要
目的探讨不同人工流产方法对重复流产率的影响。方法选取2014年6月-2015年8月我站63例人工流产患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分组,A组28例采用药物流产,B组35例采用电动负压吸宫术,随访1年,比较两组术后避孕情况及重复流产率。结果 A组术后主动避孕率低于B组,再次妊娠率、重复流产率明显高于B组,术后性生活恢复时间、两次流产间隔时间显著短于B组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论与电动负压吸宫术相比,药物流产虽然能够减轻患者的痛苦,但其再次妊娠风险及重复流产率较高。因此,对流产术后患者应加强计划生育宣教工作。
Objective To discuss the effect of different induced abortion methods on recurrent abortion. Methods63 cases with induced abortion from June 2014 to August 2015 were selected and divided into group A（n=28） and group B（n=34） according to treatment methods. Group A was treated with drug abortion. Group B was treated with electric vacuum aspiration abortion. The active contraception rate and the repeated abortion rate were compared between two groups after followed-up 1 year. Results The active contraceptive rate of group A was lower than that of group B. The re-pregnancy rate and the repeated abortion rate of group A were higher than those of group B. The recovery time of sexual life and the interval of two abortion in group A were shorter than those in group B（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with electric negative pressure aspiration, although drug abortion can reduce the pain of patients, but the risk of re-pregnancy and repeated abortion rate is higher. So, the family planning propaganda and education work after abortion should be strengthened.
