摘要
以新浜镇郊野单元试点规划为例,总结新型城镇化背景下郊野单元规划在城镇功能定位、建设用地减量化、土地整治、类集建区、人的问题等方面的创新性探索,同时指出郊野单元规划在集建区外广大农村地区产业模式、老龄化半市民化社区的居住模式、农户安置方案、水乡风貌的塑造和历史文化保护等方面仍存在缺项。
In this study, we consider country unit planning in Xinbang in the context of new-type urbanization as an example to summarize the innovative research on urban function location, construction land reduction, land consolidation, and conditional construction area and people. We find that country unit planning still needs to improve in terms of the rural industry model, quality of life of aging and semi-public communities, farmers＇ resettlement program, historic preservation, and so on.
