摘要 本文建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定芦笋罐头中钙、钴、铬、铜、铁、钾、镁、锰、钠、镍、硒、锶和锌13种元素。采用硝酸-过氧化氢酸体系对样品进行微波消解,利用ICP-MS测定上述元素,以内标法改善基体效应及干扰,通过标准曲线计算含量13种元素校正曲线线性关系良好,回收率符合要求。本文所建立的方法准确、可靠。微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法为芦笋罐头的开发和利用提供了科学依据。 An analysis method has been established to test 13 elements included Ca, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, Se, Sr, Zn in canned white asparagus with microwave digestion—ICP-MS. The samples were decomposed by microwave digestion using HNO_3-H_2O_2 as solvent, the contents of elements were calculated according to their calibration curves,and internal standard method was adopted to reduce matrix effect and other interference effects, the calibrating curve of 13 trace elements showed good linear relationship. The recovery test met the analytical requirement. This method is simple, accurate and effective, it provided scientific basis for development and utilization of canned white asparagus.
