摘要
益生菌婴幼儿食品具有独特的风味、丰富的营养物质以及多方面的益生功能,在婴幼儿食品中添加活性益生菌亦成为一种趋势。本文简要介绍婴幼儿食品的益生菌菌种选择、菌种来源及其益生功能,综述益生菌在婴幼儿食品中的应用研究现状,以期有效指导人们合理选购婴幼儿益生菌食品。
Probiotic foods for infants has a unique flavor, rich in nutrients and a variety of probiotic function, adding probiotics in infant food has become a trend. This paper briefly introduced the selection of probiotics, strain sources and probiotic function of infant food, application research status of probiotics in infant food was reviewed, in order to effectively guide people to buy a reasonable probiotic foods for infants.
