摘要
独立学院作为高等教育办学体制的新生事物,其独特的运行机制决定了其在公共危机事件管理上也具有其特殊性。该文从危机意识、人本意识、治理手段、治理主体、治理机构和决策过程等方面探讨了独立学院公共危机管理模式的构建。
Newly emerging in the school-running system of higher education in China, independent colleges have a unique operating mechanism that brought up particularities in management of public crisis events. This paper explores the construction of the Management Patterns of Public Crisis for Independent Colleges from the perspectives of crisis awareness, humanistic awareness, governing measures, governing subjects, governing institutes and decision-making process.
