摘要
电池作为电动汽车的能量来源,在使用过程中会产生大量的热而影响电池的工作性能和使用寿命。分析并计算了磷酸铁锂电池的产热量和产热率,利用ANSYS建立了某型磷酸铁锂电池组的热模型,并对该电池组进行了热特性分析;对电池组的热管理提出了改进方案,通过建模仿真验证了改进方案的有效性。
As the energy source of electric vehicle,the batteries produce high quantity of heat when they are using,which influences the working performance and working life of battery. It analyzes the mechanism of heat production of lithium- ion battery and adopts Ansys to establish thermal modeling of one type of battery- pack,obtains thermal characteristic of this battery pack,simulates the model test and puts forward the effective improved solution.
