摘要
提出了热泵空气干燥-蒸发结晶电镀废水耦合处理系统,其利用饱和湿空气含湿量的不同来携带或者释放水分,凸显其蒸发温度低、技术简单可靠,可以与低品位热源等结合使用的优点。通过对其主要部件建立数学模型,并用试验数据进行对比验证,说明了该模型的合理性,为废水的性能模拟研究提供了基础。
It introduces the wastewater treatment system coupled with the evaporation crystallization and the air drying of heat pump for electroplating process,uses the saturated moist air which has the different moisture content to carry or release moisture. Because of the advantages of low evaporation temperature,simple technology and equipment reliability,this system can be used with low- grade heat source. It establishes a mathematical model of its main components,simulates the system,analyzes the affect of various operating parameters to the system. Comparing the experimental value with the simulation value,it illustrates the rationality of this model,and builds the foundation for the study of the performance simulation of wastewater.
