摘要
民族地区中小学法治教育纳入国民教育体系,是民族教育的重要内容。民族地区中小学法治教育具有特殊性,需要加强民族地区中小学法治教育立法,赋予法治教育独立身份,精心编制课本和教程,培养合格的师资队伍,为民族地区中小学法治教育提供保障。
The law and rule education of primary and secondary schools in minority areas should play an important role in minority education because of its particularity. Therefore, the related departments can strengthen the legislation of law and rule education, give it the independent status, write the excel- lent textbooks, and cultivate the qualified teachers to provide the guarantee for the law and rule educa- tion of primary and secondary schools in minority areas.
