摘要
随着广东价格制度改革的不断全面深化,各类市场面临的价格问题日益凸显。依据主要由市场决定价格机制的价格改革方向,围绕多元价格决策主体共同定价改革目标和"确立一个地位、限定一个范围、健全两种机制"改革思路,形成了以价格形成机制建设作为广东价格制度改革的主攻方向,确立了广东价格制度改革"三位一体"组合式改革的主要路径:一是深化资源能源价格管理体制改革,夯实价格制度改革的基础;二是加快要素价格市场化改革,巩固价格制度改革的核心;三是规范市场价格秩序建设,确立价格制度改革的关键。
With the deepening of the price system reform in Guangdong,problems of price are becoming increasingly prominent.The objectives of market-oriented pricing mechanism,of multivariate pricing subjects and the idea 'establishing a position,defining a scope,and perfecting two mechanisms'make the construction of price formation mechanism the direction of the reform,and establish the trinity combination system as the main path of the reform.To advance the reform we should reform the management system of resource and energy prices which is the foundation of the price system reform,accelerate the market-oriented reform to consolidate the core of the reform,and regulate the market price which is the key to the reform.
