摘要
设计了1GK-210型水旱两用旋耕机,介绍了其总体结构,确定了主要技术参数,并创新性设计了旋耕刀辊和托板装置。该机既适合于南方中性以上黏土性质的水田,能一次完成翻耕、埋茬、碎土、起浆和平地等多项作业;也适用于旱地粮食作物秸秆还田作业,耕整效果满足粮食作物种植农艺要求。
1GK-210 type amphibious rotary cultivator was designed. Overall structure was introduced. Main technical parameters were determined. And innovative design of rotary knife roller and plate device was made. This rotary cultivator was not only suitable for paddy field with neutral clay quality in the south of China to complete ploughing,burying stubble,crushing soil,starting pulp,round levelling fields and so on,but also was applicable to dry land grain crop straw returning operation,effect of tillage could meet agronomic requirements of grain crops.
