地黄中梓醇和毛蕊花糖苷的闪式提取工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的优选地黄中梓醇和毛蕊花糖苷的提取工艺。方法采用超快速液相色谱法来测定地黄中梓醇和毛蕊花糖苷含量,闪式提取法分别以乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比为考察因素,以地黄中梓醇和毛蕊花糖苷的含量为考察指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验优选提取工艺条件。结果与传统方法相比,闪式提取法效率更高,其最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶50,提取溶剂为80%乙醇,提取时间2 min。结论闪式提取法提取地黄中梓醇和毛蕊花糖苷的操作简单、提取率高、耗时短、节省能源,可为梓醇和毛蕊花糖苷的新药开发和工业化生产提供依据。 Objective To optimize the smashing tissue extraction process of catalpol and verbascoside from Rehman-nia Glutinosa.Methods The content of catalpol and verbascoside were determined by UFLC .The smashing tissue extraction method were designed by L 9 (3^4 ) orthogonal test with the ethanol concentration ,extraction time and solid-liquid ratioas factors and the content of catalpol and verbascoside as index .Results Compared with traditional ex-traction method ,smashing tissue extraction process method had higher efficiency ,andthe optimal extraction technology was as follows:material-liquid ratio of 1∶50 ,extraction solvent of 80%ethanol ,extracting time of 2 min.Conclusion The smashing tissue extraction method is simple ,short time with high extraction rate and less energy ,which could provide the basis for the new drug development and industrial production of Rehmannia Glutinosa.
