抗震型公路桥梁盆式支座抗压性能试验研究

摘要 以一抗震型公路桥梁盆式支座为研究对象,对支座进行抗压性能研究,试验结果表明:在支座1.5倍设计压力荷载下,支座保持弹性工作状态;试验得出的p-△曲线显示,支座受竖向压力荷载时,其变形分两个阶段:支座变形的第一阶段,支座位移迅速增大;第二阶段的变形较为均匀,基本呈线性变化。建议在进行盆式支座的抗压性能试验时,应增加预压次数,以消除支座的非弹性变形。 The vertical compression property of the basin type supports used in an aseismatic highway bridge is experimentally analyzed in this paper. It is shown that the the basin type supports are still working in elastic state when the compression load is smaller than 1.5 times of the design load. The P-Acurve (load-compressive displacement) indicates that the deformation of the support under compression can be divided into 2 stages. In the first stage, the compressive displacement increases intensely with vertical load, while the deformation is relative uniform with the approximate liner p-A relation in second stage. Therefore, it is suggested that the preloading count should be appropriately increased during the test of compression performance of the basin type supports to eliminate their inelastic deformation.
