摘要
消防服是消防队员作业时保障人身安全的重要装备。分析了消防服材料的相关研究如各层织物的性能改进和新型功能材料的研发应用。在服装层面,通过增大服装型号、尺寸,减小热收缩增加织物系统各层间的空气层以及服装衣下空气层厚度,增强服装热防护性能;总结细部结构优化措施,并介绍智能配件在消防领域的应用。从织物性能评价和服装整体性能评价两方面阐述了消防服性能评价手段,TPP,RPP,SET是当前评价织物热防护性能的常用标准手段,燃烧假人则可以客观全面评估服装整体热防护性能,采用客观测试与主观测评相结合的方式可对消防服的舒适工效性能进行综合评价。
Thermal protective performance is important for firefighters. In this paper, researches about fire fighting clothing were reviewed, e. g. the improving of performance and the developing of new functional materials. In the aspect of clothing,to improving the thermal protective property of clothing the thickness of air layer between each layer of fabric was increased by increasing the size of clothing and reducing the thermal shrinkage. The optimization measures on detail and intelligent equipments were introducted. Evaluation methods for the performance of firefighter^s protective clothing were stated from fabric and clothing. TPP, RPP and SET were commonly used on evaluating the thermal protective performance of fabrics at present, while flame manikin was used to assess thermal protective performance of the garments. Generally, comfort and ergonomics property of clothing could be evaluated by combining objective tests and subjective assessments.
