摘要
针对传统通风设施中风门的维修问题,对风门地点、环境等诸多影响因素进行了分析研究,结合现场实际情况,采用了无框式风门的建造技术,将门轴直接埋设在墙体之中,降低了门轴的腐蚀程度,门扇直接覆盖在墙体之上,降低了潮湿环境对其的侵害。实践证明,无框式风门的投入使用,解决了传统风门中存在的疑难问题,延长了风门的使用寿命。
Aimed at the maintenance problems in the air door of convent ional ventilation damper,influencing factors were analysed and studied,such as the locations of air door,environment and many other factors,combined with the actual situation,construction technolo-gy of frameless air door was put forward. The door shaft is directly embedded in the wall in reducing the extent of corrosion of the shaft door,and the door is directly overlying the wall,reducing the damp environment of their violations. It was proved that,the application of frameless air door has solved the problems of traditional air door, and has prolonged the life of the air door.
