目前地方物流业发展迅速、高效,运输网络遍布全球,而部队航材运输仍然局限于使用军事铁路专用线及押车提取等方式,耗费大量的人力、物力、财力,且效率低下。积极探索军民融合式发展的新途径、新方法,是实现能打仗、打胜仗的必然要求。
