摘要
地铁施工会引起地层扰动,可能导致地铁临近建筑物不均匀沉降和变形,影响临近建筑物安全和正常使用。结合工程实例分析地铁施工对临近建筑物安全产生的影响并进行评估。首先,对地铁施工临近某建筑物进行结构检测鉴定和变形观测,掌握建筑物结构现状,分析既有建筑物结构的安全性;然后,采用数值模拟的方法进行分析、评估,确定既有建筑物结构变形的控制指标,预测建筑物的剩余结构变形能力,得出对建筑物影响程度的结论。本研究结果可为其他同类工程提供借鉴和参考。
Subway construction will cause strata disturbance, lead to the subway near buildings uneven settlement and deformation, affect the safety and normal use of adjacent buildings. Combined an engineering example, this paper analyzed the impact of subway construction on the neighboring buildings, and made safety assessment. First, made structure test and deformation observation on the subwan construction near a building, mastered the structure status quo, analyzed the safety of building structure; then, used the method of numerical simulation to analyze and evaluate, confirmed the control indexes of both the structure deformation, predicted the structure of the remaining structure deformation ability, obtained conclusion that influenced degree of the building. The results could provide reference for other similar projects.
