摘要
磷酸铁锂电池是国家大力推行的动力电池发展方向,其生产量和应用量逐年增加。预计到2021年,我国将有约9 400吨磷酸铁锂电池报废,但对于报废之后的电池处理处置,在回收体系、处理技术以及公民意识层面等都有待完善。主要介绍了以磷酸铁锂为正极材料的锂离子电池的基本情况,对比了磷酸铁锂的合成方法,总结了磷酸铁锂电池的回收特点,并针对其回收特点提出了一些资源化建议,以期对后续磷酸铁锂电池的资源化研究提供参考。
Batteries using LiFePO4 is the development trend of dynamic-power battery in China,and the production and application of lithium-ion ferrous phosphate battery was increasing year by year. It is expected that the scrapped LiFePO4 batteries will rise up to 9 400 tons in China in 2021. However,the recycling of these waste batteries still need to be improved in the recycling system,processing technologies,as well as the level of social consciousness. To elucidate the latest progress in recycling of waste lithium ion battery with LiFePO4 as cathode material,a variety of different synthesis methods are compared,and the characteristics of lithium iron phosphate battery are summarized. This study not only provides a good idea of waste utilization,but also can solve the problem of the accumulation of solid waste.
