摘要
以某实际工程为背景,进行了一个波纹腹板H形钢空间节点的静力试验,考察了两种连接构造形式,并通过试验研究了该空间节点的力学性能和连接构造的合理性。应用波纹腹板H形钢梁的简化计算公式,分析了试验节点钢梁在弹性阶段的关键截面应力值,并将其计算结果与试验结果进行了对比,验证了该公式的合理性。静力试验结果表明,该空间节点的最终破坏发生在全焊连接的上翼缘对接焊缝处,破坏荷载是设计荷载的2.3倍;但由于发生了受拉翼缘断裂的脆性破坏,破坏截面弯矩仅达到极限抗弯承载力的74%,这是焊缝交汇处应力集中和波纹腹板偏心集中力共同作用的结果。两种连接构造形式中,将拼接位置置于平腹板梁段的栓焊混合连接形式性能更优,可用于实际工程。
Taking a practical project as the background, a static test on a spatial joint of H-beams with corrugated webs was carried out,investigating two types of connections. Using simplified calculation formula for H beams with corrugated webs, the stresses of key sections of the steel beams were analyzed in elastic range. Comparing the calculated results with the testing results,the validity of the formula was verified. The final failure of the spatial joint occurred at the butt welded connection of the upper flange of one fully welded connection, which is the result of both the stress concentration at the junction of two welds and the eccentric force posed by the corrugated web. The failure load is 2.3 times of the design load; however, due to the brittle fracture of the tensile flange, the bending moment of the failed connection is only 74 ~//0 of the ultimate bending bearing capacity. Comparing the two types of connections, the hybrid bolted-welded connection located in the region with flat web is better,which can be used in practical engineering.
