摘要
目前,我国当代大学生的社会责任感培养存在诸如忽视大学生的主体性需求,较少直面大学生的责任冲突;过多注重理论传授,方法、路径比较单一,不能满足大学生的个性化需求;教师的情感人文素养有待提升,专业化程度不高等问题。面对这些问题,大学需要树立现代的责任观、树立人本主义的教育观、树立关系型的情感观的教育理念;通过认知—判断、参与—体验、交往—实践、反思—评价的教育路径促进大学生社会责任感的提升。
There are some problems in cultivating university students' social responsibility currently, such as neglecting the needs of university students, overlooking the conflicts between their responsibilities, overemphasizing theoretical education with simplistic approaches, consequently, failing to recognize the personality growth of college students. It has also been found that the teachers have to improve themselves in humanistic qualities and in their professional know-how as well. In view of these problems, the university has to readjust the concept of responsibility, to promote humanity education, to conduct education that conduces to better relationship and better sensibility. It is suggested that there should be a new approach to enhancing university students" sense of responsibility by means of an education that emphasizes knowledge, judgment, participation, practice, reflection and assessment.
