摘要
目的探讨护理送血对临床用血安全的作用。方法 812例接受输血治疗的患者,将2013年7月~2014年12月收治的401例患者作为对照组,将2015年1月~2016年6月收治的411例患者作为观察组。观察组采用常规管理+护理送血,对照组采用常规管理,对比两组临床用血安全情况。结果观察组临床用血安全风险事件发生率0.7%低于对照组2.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床用血质量管理当中实施护理送血,以保障血液质量,进而提高临床用血安全,对于患者的临床治疗具有十分积极的影响,建议在临床用血管理中的推广应用。
Objective To explore effect of blood transfusion nursing on safety of blood use in clinic. Methods A total of 812 patient with blood transfusion treatment, and 401 patients received from July 2013 to December 2014 as control group, and 411 patients received from January 2015 to June 2016 as observation group. The observation group received conventional management＋ blood transfusion nursing, and the control group received conventional management. Safety of blood use in clinic was compared in two groups. Results The observation group had incidence of clinical blood use security risk events as 0.7%, which was lower than 2.7% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Blood transfusion nursing in quality management of clinical blood use can ensure quality of blood, improve safety of clinical blood use, and shows positive impact for clinical treatment in patients. It is suggested to be popularized and applied in the management of clinical blood use.
