摘要
在全面推行"认罪认罚从宽"改革的过程中,有必要总结上海轻微刑事案件快速办理机制的试点经验,做出一些既有必要性也有可行性的制度安排。根据全国人大常委会关于开展刑事案件认罪认罚从宽制度试点的规定,可以参考上海轻微刑事案件快速办理机制的成功之处,提出新的改革思路。
In the full implementation of the pleading guilty penalty lenient in the reform, it is necessary to sum up the pilot experience of the rapid management mechanism of Shanghai minor criminal cases, and make some institutional arrangements.
