摘要
采用溶解-相转化法制备负载镍的聚偏氟乙烯混合膜,利用扫描电镜、热重和X射线衍射对膜进行表征。以酸性紫FBL为目标污染物,比较不同体系降解性能,研究了膜活化过硫酸钠降解酸性紫FBL的性能。考察了过硫酸钠氧化剂浓度和初始污染物浓度对酸性紫FBL降解的影响,并进行膜重复实验使用性能测试。结果表明:氧化剂的浓度、初始污染物浓度均与降解效果有关;活化剂重复使用4次,降解150min,酸性紫FBL降解率仍达90.3%。同时用紫外光谱考察酸性紫FBL的降解过程。
The mixed membrane of nickel loaded polyvinylidene fluoride was prepared through dissolution-phase transformation method,and characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetric(TG)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Acid violet FBL was chosen as the targeted pollutant,compared with the degradation of different systems and the activity for degradation of acid violet FBL by sodium persulfate was investigated.The factors affecting of the concentration of sodium persulfate,the initial concentration of pollutants and the recyclability of the membrane were studied.The results showed that the degradation effects were also associated with the oxidant concentration and initial concentration of pollutants,the active agents could be recycled four times and degradation rate of acid violet FBL was still up to 90.3%after 150 min.The degradation process of acid violet FBL was studied by ultraviolet spectroscopy.
