摘要
通过调节混凝土拌和后的加水量、加水时间和养护方式等因素,研究了拌和后加水对混凝土强度和收缩性能的影响。结果表明:加水混凝土的强度降低量和干燥收缩大小不仅与加水量有关,还与加水时间和养护条件有关。拌和后加水对混凝土早期抗压和抗折强度降低的影响较大,且抗压强度的降低量大于抗折强度的降低量。加水量相同时,加水时间的延迟不仅可以改善混凝土强度的降低量还能降低其干燥收缩。与水中养护相比,相同加水条件下气中养护对混凝土强度降低和干燥收缩的影响较大。
The influence of wateraddition on the strength and shrinkage of ready-mixed concrete was investigated by changing the fac-tors such as quantity of wateraddition, time of wateraddition and curing methods.The results indicated that the strength and shrinkage ofready-mixed concrete was not only affected by the quantity of water addition but also affected by the time of water addition and curingmethods.Quantity of water addition had a significant impact on the decrement of early compressive strength and early flexural strength, anddecreasing amount of compressive strength was higher than that of flexural strength.For the same quantity of water addition,the delay ofwater addition time could improve the strength and decrease the drying shrinkage of concrete.Compared with curing in water, curing in airhad a greater adverse impact on the strength and shrinkage of concrete under the same condition of water addition.
